Hello and Welcome!

I’m a certified meditation teacher and a dedicated mindfulness practitioner. I’ve been practicing mindfulness meditation and the art of mindful living for the past decade. It’s an ongoing journey and I continue to learn as my practice deepens.

I’ve struggled with chronic stress, anxiety, and illness for much of my life.  Diagnosed with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) and Sjogren’s syndrome in 2005, I suffered debilitating symptoms from the illnesses themselves- not to mention the horrible side effects of the medications prescribed to treat them. I was stuck in a vicious cycle of cause and effect.

It wasn’t until I was introduced to mindfulness in 2010 that I began to connect to the deep inner peace and stillness within me. From this place, I began to heal.  Through dedicated mindfulness practice, I was able to be weaned off of the majority of medications I was taking to treat my conditions.

Consequently, my life transformed into one of fulfillment, meaning, and purpose. I felt healthier, had more energy and focus for the first time in many years. My relationship with my family improved drastically – becoming more joyful, calmer, and healthier overall. Moreover, I noticed my relationships started to flourish across the board.
