Increase peace, joy, and resilience by connecting with other like-minded individuals. Free or by-donation community meditation session every Wednesday evening from 7pm – 7:30 pm EST on Zoom. Sessions may also include gentle tension-relieving stretches or other seated mindful movements and informal breathing practices to help relieve distress from the nervous system. All are welcome.
